About the Job
Essential Functions:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that products, services, and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle to ensure compliance.
- Identify areas for quality improvement in manufacturing processes, service delivery, and operational workflows.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve product consistency, and reduce defects.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits to evaluate compliance with established standards.
- Investigate and address quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conformities. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality problems.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to eliminate quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and audit findings.
- Lead, supervise, and train quality assurance and quality control personnel. Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Work with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer quality concerns.
- Ensure that quality management systems align with customer requirements and expectations.
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager Role
3 years of QMS with ISO experience preferred
